Six sessions for women who already lead and now have to make decisions about AI systems, and increasingly about agents that act on their behalf.

Using an AI tool and running an AI agent are not the same job. The first is a matter of knowing what the thing is good at and where it fails. The second is delegation, and delegation to software has the same failure modes as delegation to people, minus the part where someone tells you they are struggling.
The first three sessions build literacy. The second three are about handing work to something that does not get tired, does not push back, and does not tell you when it is wrong.
The programme is practical. You bring your own work to it.
Three sessions AI literacy
Knowing when an AI system is in the room, including when nobody has told you. Then operating the everyday tools on your actual work rather than on a demo.
Judging when output is good, wrong or dangerous, and deciding what to keep out of these systems entirely. Confidential material, personal data, anything you cannot afford to be wrong about.
What people are owed when an institution uses AI on them. Article 4 of the EU AI Act now makes AI literacy a duty for organisations using AI, and this session covers what that means for the organisation you sit in.
Three sessions Managing AI agents
What you hand to an agent and what stays with you. The permissions it gets, the systems it can reach, and the data that never goes near it.
Approval gates, monitoring, and how to check work you did not do yourself at a speed that keeps the delegation worth doing.
Who answers when an agent acts. What record proves what happened, and what you do in the first hour after it gets something wrong.
The AI Literacy Foundation is a Danish nonprofit association working on AI literacy and responsible AI, registered under CVR 46487869. Its published memos define AI literacy as five capacities: recognition, use, evaluation, limits and citizenship. In its own words, “An adult with working AI literacy can do five things. None of them require a degree. All of them require practice.”
The literacy half of this programme is built on that published working definition.
She Leads Foundation delivers this programme and charges for it. The AI Literacy Foundation is the knowledge partner. Its own programmes remain free at the point of access, and it is not a party to what we charge.
It is a paid programme and the fee depends on whether you come as an individual or bring a team, and on how much of it is tailored to your own systems. Ask and we will give you a figure.
No. Article 4 is why AI literacy matters now, and the programme builds that literacy. What counts as sufficient literacy depends on your own systems, your own uses and the people affected by them, so no six sessions can certify it for you.
No. The programme assumes you make decisions, not that you write code.
Ask. The two halves are designed to run in order, because supervising an agent is hard to do well without the judgement the first half builds, but we would rather discuss it than turn you away.
No. She Leads Foundation is the seller. The Foundation’s own work stays free at the point of access.
